Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/IT required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- PMI PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma certifications desirable.
- Minimum 5 years in transformation, process optimization, or tech implementation.
- Proven track record delivering complex automation programs in relevant industries.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end process transformation initiatives.
- Map and redesign real-world processes for faster, cleaner automation.
- Develop scalable Power Platform automations (Power Automate, Copilot) and report on value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Establish standards for scalable automation within a Microsoft-centric environment.
