• 8+ years in IT leadership within manufacturing, heavy industry or logistics.
• Proven experience with ERP integration and shop-floor tech (barcode/RFID) and automated reporting.
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and modern networking for remote sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cloud-first digital transformation across Dubai and Abu Dhabi sites.
• Integrate IT with production through IoT, automation, and shop-floor tracking.
• Migrate on-prem infrastructure to secure cloud platforms and Epicor ERP.
• Build a scalable IT model for multiple project sites and remote locations.
