Job summary

Showcify, Inc. is seeking a senior Investment Operations leader to act as the operational backbone of FAB Asset Management, accountable for middle and back office oversight across funds and DPM, including trade execution support, IBOR/ABOR integrity and regulatory reporting.

You'll direct platform implementations, manage outsourced providers, and drive data, automation and AI initiatives to create a scalable operating model, while upholding FAB AM values and governance standards.

Qualifications

• 15 to 20 years in investment operations, middle and back office within asset management or regulated financial services.
• Oversight of outsourced providers and partners for fund and DPM operations, NAV review and post-trade processing.
• Front-to-back platform experience with IBOR, ABOR and OMS and risk reporting modules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee middle office and trade life cycle across asset classes for funds and DPM portfolios, including trade capture, confirmation, matching, settlement and fails management.
• Ensure IBOR/ABOR/OMS data integrity with custodians and fund administrators, including cash and holdings reconciliations.
• Oversee outsourced fund accounting and administration, including NAV review, pricing, expense accruals and tax processing.
• Lead operational workstreams in product development and fund launches, from client demand to launch and stabilisation.
• Manage launches, restructurings, mergers and changes of service providers end to end with governance reviews.
