Job summary

Air Arabia Holidays seeks a senior manager to lead the development, implementation and management of its holidays business across B2C and B2B channels in the UAE. You will guide suppliers, agents, sales teams, and call centers on holidays products and system knowledge, ensuring high-quality service and profitable growth.

You will oversee the setup of the business unit, coordinate with country managers and marketing teams, and drive the product strategy, pricing, and partnerships to expand market

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Commerce/Marketing/Hospitality/Management or equivalent.
• Capable of using technology systems and tools; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages the setup of the Holidays business unit and its processes, including identifying suppliers and upgrading the reservation system.
• Liaises with country managers, commercial sales, revenue management and marketing to craft a long-term business plan.
• Develops competitive product with high profit margin using market surveys and benchmarks; prepares annual budgets.
• Leads creation, marketing, sales, operations, and development of ABY Holidays products and coordinates with sales channels.
• Establishes vendor relationships to maximize UAE market share in leisure travel segments and meet revenue targets.
• Manages all holidays products and rates; identifies new destinations; conducts supplier field trips.
• Negotiates contracts with DMCs and activity suppliers for outbound/inbound packages.
• Ensures operations of ABY Holidays and outstations meet quality standards; supports staff training on systems and procedures.
• Develops Holidays User Manual and trains staff on its content.
• Monitors system performance and coordinates improvements with supplier and IT.
• Directs performance of staff to optimize outcomes; conducts mystery shopping of travel consultants.
