Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, health informatics, computer science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 3 years in a healthcare setting.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of healthcare data.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA).
• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, engineers, and scientists.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop data-driven strategies and KPIs.
