About Us

We are a premium UAE homegrown luxury chocolate brand committed to offering exceptional B2C and B2B experiences across our retail footprint in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute VOCCA’s omni-channel growth roadmap (Retail, DTC, B2B, Marketplace, Export)
  • Lead marketing budgets and performance targets—CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion, footfall, etc.
  • Develop, test, and scale paid and organic acquisition channels (Meta, Google, SEO, influencer, affiliate)
  • Optimize the full customer journey—from first click to repeat purchase

Brand & Creative Leadership

  • Lead brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling across all platforms
  • Oversee all creative output—packaging, campaigns, store visuals, social, email
  • Work hand-in-hand with founders to align content with the brand voice and vision

Digital & CRM

  • Build CRM systems (Klaviyo or equivalent) for customer retention, loyalty, and segmentation
  • Drive email marketing, SMS, and WhatsApp commerce with high-converting flows
  • Own website performance (Shopify), UX, CRO, and landing pages
  • Drive footfall and revenue for VOCCA cafés and retail outlets across regions
  • Plan local area marketing campaigns, in-store activations, events, and launches
  • Work with store managers and operations to align marketing with store KPIs
  • Hire, manage, and mentor a performance-driven marketing team
  • Set KPIs, review performance, and course-correct ruthlessly
  • Work with cross-functional teams : Product, Sales, Finance, Ops

Requirements

Must-Have :

  • 6+ years of marketing / growth experience in DTC, FMCG, F&B, or luxury retail
  • Proven track record of scaling brands and smashing revenue targets
  • Obsessed with performance metrics and creative excellence
  • Built and led high-output marketing teams
  • Hands-on with paid media, CRM, content, digital tools, analytics

Bonus Points :

  • Experience in the UAE or GCC market
  • Background in premium / luxury / F&B / startups
  • Previous brand-building from Series A to scale
