The Head of FP&A and Pricing will provide senior financial leadership across budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, pricing, margin control, and commercial analytics within the Financial Services division.
The role combines traditional financial planning with direct responsibility for pricing strategy across leasing and lending portfolios.
Accurate forecasts, standardized pricing models, disciplined governance, and timely management dashboards will help leadership understand revenue performance, margin quality, commercial wins and losses, and the financial impact of pricing decisions.
The position will also improve pricing automation and reporting processes so sales and operations teams can respond to opportunities more quickly without weakening financial controls or return expectations.
Candidates should hold a professional or postgraduate finance qualification such as CA, CWA, CMA, MBA, or an equivalent credential and bring at least 12 years of relevant finance experience.
A minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership capacity is expected, particularly within FP&A, commercial finance, pricing, financial services, leasing, lending, or a related environment.
Strong financial planning and analytical capability is essential, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, consolidation, revenue analysis, margin management, and management reporting.
Candidates should have practical experience developing pricing models, financial calculators, and automated decision-support tools that can be used by commercial and operational teams.
Proficiency in SAP, SAC, and comparable reporting or financial planning systems is important.
The successful professional will combine strong financial judgment with leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence senior commercial decisions across multiple entities and functions.
This role offers significant influence over financial planning and commercial pricing across a diversified Financial Services portfolio in Dubai.
The combination of FP&A leadership, automated pricing, leasing and lending economics, and management reporting makes the position particularly valuable for professionals seeking broader strategic finance responsibility.
Al-Futtaim provides exposure to multiple financial services entities, sophisticated reporting systems, senior management decision-making, and large B2B and B2C portfolios.
The role offers a strong platform for further progression into divisional CFO, commercial finance leadership, financial strategy, or broader executive finance responsibilities.
