Role Context

The Manager FP and A will serve as a financial partner to Operations, Sales, Human Resources, Finance, and senior management. The role will improve visibility across revenue, cost, profitability, tax, capital expenditure, and operational performance. By producing accurate forecasts, management reports, and commercial evaluations, the manager will help leadership identify risks early, assess opportunities, and make informed decisions that support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management information reports, financial packs, dashboards, and performance summaries.
• Highlight material variances, operational trends, emerging risks, and improvement opportunities for management review.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and periodic performance review activities.
• Develop financial models covering pricing, customer profitability, cost allocation, intercompany rates, and third-party business.
• Support cost-neutral pricing analysis and evaluate the financial impact of proposed commercial arrangements.
• Prepare feasibility studies, investment evaluations, and business cases for projects, expansions, and new initiatives.
• Monitor financial and operational key performance indicators across departments and business units.
• Investigate anomalies, unfavorable trends, and performance gaps and recommend corrective measures.
• Review customer contracts, service-level agreements, pricing structures, and profitability assumptions.
• Analyze divisional performance, margins, overheads, ratios, and cost drivers.
• Prepare capital expenditure and authorization for expenditure requests with operations teams.
• Confirm that capital requests include clear business justification, cost estimates, and policy approvals.
• Guide stakeholders on VAT and tax requirements affecting sales and purchase transactions.
• Maintain organized tax records and support quarterly and annual return submissions.
• Assist with tax audits, regulatory reviews, and information requests.
• Deliver practical VAT and tax guidance to internal stakeholders when required.
• Coordinate accounting, audit, regulatory, tax, and annual reporting requirements across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Oman.
• Strengthen financial governance by checking compliance with company policies, procedures, and approval controls.
• Work with operational teams to improve reporting accuracy, cost visibility, and profitability.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analysis, presentations, and executive reports for management.
• Translate detailed financial data into clear commercial recommendations.
• Maintain accurate assumptions, supporting schedules, reconciliations, and financial model documentation.

Ideal Profile

The successful candidate will hold a Chartered Accountant qualification or an equivalent recognized professional finance credential. Applicants should have 5-8 years of finance experience, including at least three years in commercial finance, financial planning, operational finance, or business support. Strong practical experience in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, financial modelling, and business performance reviews is essential. Candidates should also understand financial statements, cost allocation, overhead analysis, customer profitability, ratio analysis, and operational key performance indicators. Working knowledge of VAT, tax compliance, audits, regulatory requirements, and financial governance is required. Experience coordinating finance and tax obligations across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Oman would be valuable. The preferred professional will be commercially aware, analytical, collaborative, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders. Advanced Microsoft Excel capability and strong reporting and presentation skills are required.
