Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Head of FP&A and Pricing to lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting across the Financial Services division. You will drive pricing strategy for leasing and lending portfolios, develop standard pricing calculators, and ensure strong governance and control over financial data.

The role requires 12+ years in finance with at least 5 years in senior leadership, and proficiency in SAP/SAC.

Qualifications

• Professional or postgraduate finance qualification such as CA, CWA, CMA, MBA.
• Minimum 12 years of finance experience with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Strong FP&A, pricing, reporting, and governance skills.
• Experience developing pricing models and automated decision-support tools.
• Proficiency in SAP, SAC, and related planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A activities across Financial Services entities, including budgets, forecasts, and performance reviews.
• Review forecasts for accuracy and alignment with strategy.
• Prepare monthly financial materials highlighting revenue, cost, and margin variances.
• Explain movements to senior management with clear commercial interpretation.
• Strengthen consolidation processes with Group Finance.
• Review pricing processes and ensure proper governance and controls.
