Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced head of FP&A to help train a cutting-edge language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will build rolling forecasts, variance analyses, and driver-based operating models to support AI-driven finance workflows.

You will produce board-ready P&L decks, monthly flux memos, and scenario analyses, translating complex data into clear recommendations for finance leadership and stakeholders. This role is remote with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance building rolling forecasts and driver-based models.
• Experience creating board-ready P&L decks and monthly flux memos.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
