Job summary

Ethos, a new expert network, seeks experienced finance business partners to train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will bring 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance to build forecasts, drive operating models, and produce board-ready P&L decks and memos.

Flexible engagement: 5-20 hours per week, fully remote, ASAP start. You’ll craft precise financial analyses and high-impact reports to support AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance building rolling forecasts, variance bridges, and driver-based operating models for a growing company.
• Track record of producing board-ready P&L decks and monthly flux commentary memos that finance leadership can present without rework.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
