Job summary

Ethos is seeking certified financial planners to help train a language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will evaluate AI-generated outputs and refine workflows in budgeting, saving, and financial planning. This is a flexible, remote engagement with 5-20 hours per week and ASAP start.

Compensation is $70/hour for qualified professionals with strong documentation skills and a track record of advising individuals on financial planning matters.

Qualifications

• 4+ years advising individual clients on household cash-flow planning, debt payoff scheduling, and retirement drawdown modeling.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Train AI language models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Evaluate and refine AI-generated financial documents, budgets, and plans.
• Collaborate with AI lab and clients to improve workflows and outputs.
