Job summary

Capital is a leading trading platform expanding globally, now seeking a Head of FinCrime Operations in Dubai or London. You will own operational performance, translate policy into procedures, and shape the AI and automation roadmap while working with Compliance and Financial Crime Product to keep pace with the business.

This role reports to the VP, Financial Crime and offers a hybrid work model with competitive compensation, generous time off, health & pension benefits, and an employee referral

This is a new position based in Dubai or London, reporting directly to the VP, Financial Crime.
