Job summary

HiredAbhi seeks an accomplished Head of Finance & Transformation for a diversified business group based in RasAl Khaimah, UAE. The role requires a seasoned finance leader who can manage overseas subsidiaries and multinational financial operations while driving finance transformation across the organization.

Key focus areas include governance, IFRS compliance, process optimization, ERP enhancements, automation and performance management.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA or CPA is mandatory.
• Minimum 12-15 years experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing overseas entities and multinational financial operations.
• Strong exposure to finance transformation, process optimization, ERP implementation and business performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee financial affairs of the Group's overseas companies and international operations, ensuring strong financial governance and compliance.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives, including process optimization, automation, ERP enhancement and digitalization of finance functions.
• Develop and execute financial strategies, budgets, forecasts and performance management frameworks aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee treasury, cash flow, working capital management and capital allocation to support sustainable growth.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, consolidation and compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Partner with executive leadership to provide strategic financial insights, support investment decisions, and drive organizational transformation initiatives
