Job summary

You will lead all facilities operations, implement preventive maintenance, manage vendor contracts and budgets, ensure HSE compliance, and mentor the facilities team to achieve excellence. You will also prepare reports for management with cost-saving recommendations. Experience in VVIP GCC environments is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
• Minimum 8 years experience in facilities management, preferably in hotels or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in VVIP or high-profile environments within the GCC will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all facilities operations, ensuring efficient and reliable services.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Direct and mentor facilities teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Prepare reports and advise management on improvements and cost-saving measures.
