Job summary

1st-jobs.com is seeking a highly experienced Facilities Head with a strong background in Hotel, Hospitality, and Facilities Management, based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

You will lead all facilities operations, implement preventive maintenance, manage vendor contracts and budgets, ensure HSE compliance, and mentor the facilities team to achieve excellence. You will also prepare reports for management with cost-saving recommendations. Experience in VVIP GCC environments is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
• Minimum 8 years experience in facilities management, preferably in hotels or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in VVIP or high-profile environments within the GCC will be an advantage.
