Job summary

Infinite People, a UAE-based events and entertainment company, is seeking a Head of Projects - Events to oversee planning, governance and delivery of client and internal projects. You will lead a team of Project Managers and Project Executives to ensure outcomes meet quality, budget, timelines and client expectations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management with leadership responsibility.
• Background in events, experiential, entertainment, tourism or a similar environment.
• Proven experience managing complex, high-value or large-scale projects.
• Strong people leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Commercially aware, highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience establishing project governance, systems and processes.
• UAE or GCC experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of multiple large-scale projects from concept through execution.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and overall delivery performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers and project professionals.
• Establish and improve project management processes, governance, SOPs and reporting standards.
• Work closely with senior leadership, clients and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Identify potential delivery risks and drive timely solutions and corrective actions.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency and consistency across the project portfolio.
