Qualifications

• Proven experience in event operations, venue operations, or large-scale live event management.
• Experience managing multiple operational teams and external service providers.
• Strong knowledge of site planning, operational readiness, and on-site coordination.
• Experience managing schedules, resources, and operational challenges under tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring all operational areas are ready and functioning effectively.
• Coordinate with department heads, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to support smooth event delivery.
• Develop operational plans, schedules, staffing arrangements, and resource requirements.
• Monitor site readiness, visitor flow, service standards, and operational performance.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating major concerns when required.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and site operating procedures.
• Provide regular operational updates and reports to senior management.
