Qualifications

10+ years of software engineering with leadership experience.
Experience managing engineering managers and senior engineers.
Strong Computer Science fundamentals.
Track record building scalable, customer-facing software.
Experience designing distributed systems.
Translate technical decisions into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering organization.
Partner with the CTO to define and execute technical strategy and roadmaps.
Own engineering execution across multiple teams to deliver high-quality products.
Provide technical leadership on architecture, scalability, reliability, and security.
Recruit and retain exceptional engineering talent, including managers and senior leaders.
Balance near-term product delivery with long-term infrastructure and platform investments.
