Job summary

Aventus in Abu Dhabi seeks a strategic Manager (EAM & Utilities Platform) to drive the vision, governance, and enhancement of key utility platforms including IBM Maximo, Esri ArcGIS, and FSM. The role shapes technology for asset management, maintenance operations, spatial intelligence, and field workforce productivity.

Location: Abu Dhabi. Lead a high-performing team and guide platform investments and transformation programs to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Experience leading EAM and GIS platforms.
• Strong governance and transformation program experience.
• Proven ability to align technology with asset operations and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute platform strategy and roadmaps for EAM, GIS and FSM.
• Lead platform governance, optimization, and innovation initiatives.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Asset Management, and HSE stakeholders.
• Manage platform investments and technology transformation programs.
• Build and lead a Centre of Excellence for utility operations platforms.
• Drive business value through integrated EAM, GIS, and FSM capabilities.
