Job summary

PECTIV, a premium feminine care brand based in the UAE, seeks a Head of E-commerce to lead growth and customer journey across UAE & KSA.

You will own ecommerce strategy, retention, offers, conversion optimization, and online performance, collaborating with sales and cross-functional teams to maximize revenue and brand presence in the region.

This leadership role requires strategic vision, advanced analytics, and the ability to influence stakeholders to scale a fast-growing regional business.

Qualifications

• Experience defining vision, positioning, and roadmaps for consumer products.
• Lifecycle management from concept to go-to-market and post-launch optimization.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience enabling revenue growth through pricing strategies and channel performance.
• Proven leadership across cross-functional teams and stakeholder influence.
• Background in FMCG, personal care, healthcare, or related sectors is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate product plans and outcomes.
