Finactuae in Dubai seeks the Head of Delivery to own the entire client delivery engine, spanning managed accounting, Virtual CFO, tax, audit, advisory, and transformational projects for UAE and India clients.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, governance and the ability to scale delivery while preserving quality and margins. A senior services leader with cross-border experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant experience with substantial leadership responsibility in professional services or consulting.
• Experience leading cross-border or offshore delivery teams is highly desirable.
• Strong business judgement across accounting, tax, audit and advisory workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete client delivery engine across Finact, ensuring quality, deadlines and margins.
• Lead a two-hub model with India for production and Dubai for client accountability and sign-off.
• Build managers and practice leads to reduce founder dependency and scale delivery.
• Instill discipline and governance across service lines with SOPs and review frameworks.
