We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Finance to lead our Finance & Accounts department at our UAE office and drive the financial strategy of our organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial management, auditing, compliance, and strategic planning, with a proven track record of leading high-performing finance teams. This role requires a seasoned professional capable of overseeing end-to-end financial operations, ensuring robust internal controls, and supporting senior leadership with accurate insights and reporting. Candidates with experience in the construction, telecom, contracting, or real estate sectors will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts department
