TikTok LIVE in Dubai is seeking a Creator Network Partner Growth & Incubation Manager (Chinese Speaking) to lead incubation and growth of creator networks across the MENA region. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with agencies, MCNs, and partners to design 0-to-1 growth pathways, onboard high-potential talent, and establish scalable SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Hands-on experience with agencies, MCNs, talent managers, or creator-facing organizations.
• Experience in account/partner management or ecosystem building within digital media or creator economy.
• Strong communication and relationship management to influence partners and drive outcomes.
• Fluency in Chinese and strong working proficiency in English for cross‑regional collaboration.

• Incubate and onboard high-potential agencies and talent in the MENA region.
• Lead 0-to-1 growth pathways and provide hands-on support for partner development.
• Set clear monthly and quarterly targets for creator growth, activity, and revenue.
