Qualifications

• Significant experience leading creative, production or integrated content functions.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams.
• Strong background within a leading agency, media organization, production environment or major in-house creative team.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end creative and production operations across multiple workstreams.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams across graphic design, photography, videography and content production.
• Oversee social and digital content production, including high-volume daily requirements.
• Lead creative traffic, workflow, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Ensure all creative output meets the required quality, brand and delivery standards.
• Oversee photography and videography coverage for major events, executive engagements and high-profile visits.
• Manage production planning, post-production and final content delivery.
• Work closely with Brand, Strategy, Communications, Social Media and other key stakeholders.
• Support major campaigns, strategic initiatives and organization-wide projects.
• Manage competing priorities, urgent requests and short production timelines.
• Provide senior creative direction and quality assurance across visual content.
• Oversee creative agencies, production houses, freelancers and external partners.
• Ensure effective management and archiving of photography, video and creative assets.
• Establish strong creative governance, production processes and operational standards.
• Build, coach and develop a high-performing creative and production team.
