Halian is seeking a Creative Lead (Graphic Design & Videography) in Abu Dhabi to lead end-to-end visual and video asset production. The role blends high-end graphic design with professional videography, leveraging AI tools to scale output while maintaining quality.

The candidate will own brand consistency, collaborate with MarCom, and drive templates and frameworks for efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of professional experience in graphic design and videography with a strong portfolio.
Advanced proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality static visual assets for social media, infographics, presentations, and brand collateral.
Plan, shoot, edit, and deliver professional video content from short social videos to long-form hero brand videos.
Leverage AI-powered design and video creation tools to accelerate production and scale asset delivery.
Adopt emerging AI tools to maintain a competitive creative edge across assets and platforms.
Guard the brand, ensuring visual consistency per guidelines across all materials.
Collaborate with MarCom to translate briefs into compelling visual stories.
Manage production pipeline, prioritizing workloads and meeting deadlines.
Develop templates, motion graphics libraries, and reusable frameworks for efficiency.
Support executive-level presentations with high-impact visuals.
