Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in graphic design and videography/video editing.
• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) and professional video production workflows.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing AI-powered tools for graphic design and video creation.
• Strong understanding of brand architecture and visual identity systems.
• Experience producing content for corporate, B2B, or B2G environments; exposure to technology or healthcare is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of social media platform specifications, video formats, and digital content best practices.
• Ability to work autonomously under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality static visual assets including social media content, infographics, presentations, pitches, and brand collateral.
• Plan, shoot, edit, and deliver professional video content from short social clips to long-form hero videos.
• Leverage AI-powered design and video creation to accelerate production and scale asset delivery.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools relevant to design and video production to maintain a competitive edge.
• Act as central brand guardian ensuring visual consistency across assets and platforms.
• Collaborate with MarCom to translate briefs into compelling visual stories.
• Manage the creative production pipeline and prioritize workload across projects with deadlines.
• Develop and maintain design templates, motion graphics libraries, and reusable frameworks.
