Job summary

Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island and Pullman Resort Al Marjan Island are seeking a Cluster Commercial Director to lead an integrated commercial strategy across Sales, Revenue Management, Reservations, Marketing, Digital, Distribution, Groups, MICE and F&B Sales.

You will drive revenue growth, oversee pricing and forecasting, and manage a multi-property team while preparing Pullman’s adults-only reopening and leveraging Accor’s network.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in commercial hospitality with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Experience in multi-property or cluster leadership.
• Background in upper-upscale, lifestyle or resort hotels.
• Strong knowledge of UAE and GCC hospitality markets.
• Expertise in Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Digital & Distribution.
• Experience across leisure, corporate, groups and MICE segments.
• Hotel pre-opening, reopening or repositioning experience is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an integrated commercial strategy for both resorts.
• Lead Sales, Revenue, Reservations, Marketing and Digital teams.
• Oversee pricing, forecasting and distribution to optimise performance.
• Strengthen relationships and pursue new markets and partnerships.
• Drive opportunities across F&B, recreation, wellness and experiences.
• Prepare Pullman’s adults-only reopening with market positioning and demand generation.
• Oversee digital marketing and direct bookings strategies.
• Build strong relationships with owners, regional teams and partners.
