Job summary

ACCOR seeks a Cluster Commercial Director to lead the integrated commercial strategy for two five-star resorts, driving revenue growth and market share. The role unites Sales, Revenue Management, Reservations, Marketing, Digital, Distribution, Groups and MICE under one strategy across Mvenpick Resort Al Marjan Island and Pullman Resort Al Marjan Island.

The position demands 10–15 years in hospitality, with at least 5 in senior leadership, and strong UAE/GCC market knowledge.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of progressive commercial experience in hospitality, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven experience in multi-property or cluster commercial leadership.
• Strong background in upper-upscale, lifestyle or resort hospitality.
• Solid knowledge of the UAE and GCC hospitality markets.
• Extensive expertise in Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Digital and Distribution.
• Proven experience across leisure, wholesale, corporate, groups and MICE segments.
• Experience in hotel pre-opening, reopening or repositioning would be a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to translate commercial strategies into measurable results.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, structured and hands-on leadership approach with strong commercial judgement and execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an integrated commercial strategy for both resorts driving revenue growth profitability and market share.
• Lead and inspire the Sales Revenue Reservations Marketing and Digital teams fostering collaboration accountability and high performance.
• Oversee revenue management pricing forecasting and distribution strategies to optimize commercial performance.
• Strengthen existing business relationships while identifying new markets strategic partnerships and revenue opportunities across leisure corporate groups and MICE segments.
• Drive commercial opportunities across F&B recreation wellness entertainment and lifestyle experiences.
• Lead the commercial preparation for Pullman's adults-only reopening including market positioning business development and demand generation.
• Oversee digital marketing eCommerce and distribution strategies to maximize visibility conversion and direct bookings.
• Build strong relationships with owners regional commercial teams destination partners and key industry stakeholders.
