Qualifikationen

• 10–15 years in hospitality commercial roles
• At least 5 years in senior leadership
• Multi-property or cluster commercial leadership experience
• Upper-upscale, lifestyle or resort background
• Strong knowledge of UAE and GCC markets
• Extensive Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Digital & Distribution experience
• Experience with leisure, wholesale, corporate, groups and MICE
• Pre-opening, reopening or repositioning experience
• Strong analytical and financial acumen
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management
• Hands-on leadership with commercial judgement

Aufgaben

• Develop an integrated commercial strategy for two resorts.
• Lead Sales, Revenue, Reservations, Marketing and Digital teams.
• Oversee pricing, forecasting and distribution to optimize performance.
• Strengthen relationships with owners, regional teams and partners.
• Drive opportunities across F&B, recreation, wellness and lifestyle.
• Prepare for Pullman adults-only reopening and repositioning.
• Oversee digital marketing, eCommerce and direct bookings.
• Collaborate across stakeholders to maximize revenue flow.
