Michael Page seeks a Commercial Director to lead the organisation's commercial direction across amusement parks, cinemas, concert arenas and other entertainment assets in the region. The role focuses on sales leadership, partnerships, and robust commercial governance to ensure sustained revenue growth.

Ideal candidates bring 12-15+ years in commercial leadership, strong negotiation, and experience with multi-asset entertainment businesses.

Formación

• 12-15+ years of progressive experience in commercial leadership roles.
• Strong background in sales strategy, partnerships, business development, and revenue growth.
• Industry experience in entertainment, theme parks, hospitality, media etc - diversified multi-asset businesses required.
• Advanced negotiation skills and ability to secure high-value commercial deals.
• Experience with commercial modelling, forecasting, P&L management and performance analytics.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership capability.
• Ability to integrate strategic, analytical, and operational decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Commercial & Sales Leadership for assigned assets and markets, ensuring strategy execution and KPI attainment.
• Drive Enterprise Commercial Strategy Execution across partnerships, channels, and market development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Strategy, and Revenue teams while maintaining governance and disciplined pipeline management.
• Oversee Commercial Governance & Performance, including forecasting accuracy and annual planning input.
• Develop leadership capabilities in the commercial teams and model ethical, high-performance standards.
