• You will lead the creation of our AI Platform, the orchestration layer that powers:

What Equips You for the Role

Education & Qualifications

• You hold a Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical discipline. Professional certifications in cloud architecture, enterprise architecture, AI, platform engineering, or related technology domains are highly regarded.

• You bring a strong foundation in modern technology ecosystems, including distributed systems, enterprise integration, software architecture, AI platforms, experimentation frameworks, and intelligent automation.

Experience

• You have 12+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, enterprise architecture, systems integration, or technology leadership roles, including at least 5 years leading engineering, architecture, platform, or AI teams.

• You have a proven track record of building and scaling enterprise-grade platforms that support mission-critical business operations and delivering complex transformation initiatives at scale. Your experience includes deploying AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, or intelligent automation solutions into production environments and translating technology investments into measurable business outcomes.

• Experience within automotive, retail, telecommunications, logistics, financial services, or other complex multi-brand organizations will be highly advantageous.
