Job summary

Al-Futtaim seeks a Head of Agentic Platforms to lead design and implementation of scalable AI-enabled engagement across multiple channels. You will shape strategies at the intersection of customer experience, AI innovation, and digital platforms, translating high-level designs into robust implementations.

You will manage lifecycle from PoC to production, ensure Azure governance compliance, and collaborate with GTDP Architecture to meet business requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing multi-channel, AI-powered customer engagement solutions.
• Strong expertise in Azure OpenAI, LLMs, and agentic systems for conversational AI.
• Experience with API-led integrations and designing scalable, resilient systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered, multi-channel engagement solutions across regions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery with Genesys Cloud, Voice Bots, and enterprise data platforms.
• Oversee lifecycle of AI components from PoC to production under governance.
• Collaborate on Azure-native microservices and data pipelines for real-time interactions.
• Ensure security, compliance and Responsible AI principles across solutions.
• Monitor performance, scalability and reliability of deployed systems.
• Align business value with stakeholders and measure ROI through metrics.
• Document designs and promote reuse of AI components.
