Emirates Post Group is seeking a senior facilities and asset manager to oversee condition, availability, performance and lifecycle management of the organization’s assets across all locations. Develop and implement FM strategies, maintenance standards, lifecycle plans and cost optimization to ensure asset reliability and efficiency.

To oversee the condition availability performance and lifecycle management of the organization s assets across all geographical locations Develop and implement facilities management strategies maintenance standards lifecycle plans and cost optimization initiatives to ensure asset reliability and operational efficiency Lead zone-based asset and facilities management teams to maintain service quality regulatory compliance energy efficiency and effective lifecycle capital expenditure planning
Lead the national FM strategy and set maintenance standards across the portfolio Drive the shift from reactive to planned maintenance and monitor SLA compliance
Own asset condition and availability nationally plan asset lifecycles and the related lifecycle CAPEX Provide lifecycle CAPEX requirements to the Head Strategic Logistics Asset Management to support CAPEX prioritisation
Hold each Zone Asset Facilities Manager accountable as the asset representative for their geography covering inspections asset condition maintenance requirements service performance and lifecycle needs Abu Dhabi Al Ain all assets within the zone Dubai end-to-end accountability for asset condition compliance facility performance and lifecycle requirements Northern Emirates Sharjah Ajman UAQ RAK and Fujairah covering the condition and performance of a geographically dispersed portfolio
Manage FM vendors and contracts to agreed service levels and control FM cost per m and lifecycle cost
Lead utilities and energy optimisation across the portfolio and track energy efficiency
Monitor facility performance and the experience of tenants and occupiers resolve recurring service issues
Lead coach and hold to account the three Zone Asset Facilities Managers
Perform any other responsibilities relating to this job request or work task as allocated by the Line Manager
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or a related field.
Professional FM or asset management certification (e.g. CFM, IFMA) is an advantage.
Knowledge of hard FM, asset lifecycle management, vendor and contract management, and energy and cost management.
Experience:10–12+ years managing geographically distributed, multi-site FM / property portfolios.
Strong hard-FM, asset lifecycle, vendor, contract and cost-management experience, and a focus on facility experience.
