Key Responsibilities

Our client is looking to recruit a Head Digital Sales reporting directly to the Head of Sales & Products Retail located in Dubai.

• Lead the transition from traditional customer sourcing to a digital‑first model.
• Lead and execute the bank's digital sales strategy, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through digital channels.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital sales strategy to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
• Lead the digital sales team in optimizing customer acquisition and cross‑selling strategies across online and mobile banking platforms.
• Work closely with IT, Digital Transformation, Product Sales, and Marketing teams to build and execute digital acquisition strategies.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements to keep the bank's digital offerings ahead of market expectations.
• Analyze KPIs and prepare reports on digital sales performance, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing digital sales team, fostering innovation and customer‑centric strategies.

Candidate will lead the transition from traditional customer sourcing to a digital‑first model and drive the increase in digital cart conversions.
