Job summary

Workato, Inc. in Dubai is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations for a high-end restaurant. You will develop menus, manage inventory and budget, and lead staff to deliver consistently exceptional dishes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in fine dining, strong leadership, and a passion for innovative cuisine. The position offers a full-time contract with monthly salary and accommodation provided, with a preference for Indian nationals and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment.
Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Deep understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Knowledge of food safety regulations.
Excellent communication skills in English.
