Job summary

TDIC Food & Beverage is seeking a skilled Executive Chef or senior culinary leader to oversee daily operations of a luxury outlet in Abu Dhabi. The role emphasizes steakhouse expertise, menu development, and guiding outlet staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Applicants should bring at least 6 years in luxury hospitality kitchens and a strong steakhouse background, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred. Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives is offered.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in culinary departments within luxury hospitality.
• Strong steakhouse background and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations of the respective outlet.
• Provide support and guidance to outlet staff to ensure success.
• Develop, implement, and train all menus as per the outlet concept.
• Support banqueting operations for other units if required.
• Ensure a positive customer experience.
