A luxury hospitality provider in Abu Dhabi is seeking to hire an experienced culinary professional to monitor and support daily operations in their restaurant outlet. The role requires a strong background in steakhouse cuisine and a minimum of 6 years experience in the luxury hospitality industry. Qualifications

• 6 years’ experience in the culinary department in luxury/lifestyle hospitality/restaurant industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Must have strong steakhouse background/experience/knowledge.

Effectively monitor the daily operations of the respective outlet, provides support and guidance to fellow outlet staff to ensure success and effective operation ending in a positive customers experience. Develop, implement and train all menus as per the outlet concept, provide support to banqueting operation to any of the other units if required.
