Qualifications

Proven experience as Head Chef or similar role.
Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
Ability to create new dishes while following trends and customer preferences.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).

Responsibilities

Create and implement menu items reflecting the restaurant's concept and vision.
Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high quality of food preparation and presentation.
