Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional culinary experience.
• Minimum 3 years as Head Chef or senior leadership role.
• Experience in fine-dining or high-end restaurant operations.
• Expertise in international cuisines across multiple regions.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE culinary experience.
• Based in the UAE with experience in luxury hospitality groups.
• Degree or qualification in Culinary Arts.
• Strong menu development, costing and kitchen management.
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP, food safety and hygiene.
• Strong leadership with team development.
