Job summary

RIKAS Hospitality Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen of one of our French-inspired dining destinations in the UAE. The ideal candidate has a strong background in French cuisine and proven senior culinary leadership in standalone fine-dining settings.

We value hands-on chefs with creative flair, excellent team development skills, and a confident presence in the kitchen and with guests. UAE experience is highly preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Strong background in French cuisine - essential.
• Previous experience as a Head Chef or in a senior culinary leadership role.
• Fine-dining experience within standalone restaurants.
• UAE experience is highly preferred.
