Job summary

SmartAgro in Al Ain seeks a seasoned Head Chef to oversee all kitchen operations of our Indian restaurant. You will lead staff, develop menus, ensure quality and safety, and drive service during peak times.

Required: 5+ years as an Executive Chef or similar in Indian cuisine, strong leadership and English skills, and a valid UAE visa. Seasonal position with a monthly salary of 1,600 USD.

• Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, cooking techniques, and cultural traditions.

This includes managing and training kitchen staff, creating menus, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and ensuring smooth service during busy periods. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Indian cuisine and at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role. You must also have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure. This is a seasonal job with a salary of 1600$ per month, and we are specifically looking for candidates with their own valid visa.
