Job summary

Hello Chef in Dubai is seeking a Head Butcher to lead day-to-day butchery execution on-site. You will own safety standards, manage yield and stock, and direct the team to deliver quality meat and fish reliably at scale.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong discipline in hygiene practices, and the ability to plan and execute with minimal supervision on a six-day production schedule.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of food safety, hygiene, cold chain, and FIFO.
• Hands-on knowledge of beef, lamb and fish cuts, yield and shelf life.

Responsibilities

• Own food safety, hygiene, cold chain and FIFO standards across the entire butchery.
• Produce and maintain yield, stock integrity, and report movements.
• Plan daily production and allocate work across the team; ensure coverage and escalation.
