Qualifications

• Diploma or professional certification in Bartending, Mixology, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of bartending experience in luxury settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations and lead the bar team.
• Ensure exceptional beverage and guest experiences per Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental standards.
• Train bartenders in freestyle bartending, mixology, and beverage knowledge.
• Engage with guests with recommendations and up-sell higher-margin items.
• Maintain bar setup, inventory, and cash handling procedures.
