Rosewood Hotels and Resorts in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Bartender to join our luxury beverage team. You will craft and serve premium cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages with impeccable hospitality, knowledge, and precision.

Work closely with the service team to uphold Rosewood's standards while delivering memorable guest experiences. The role requires brand‑compliant service, strong product knowledge, and the ability to excel in a fast‑paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a bartender or bar support role within a hotel, restaurant, lounge, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Passion for mixology and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash and payment transactions accurately.
• Fluently communicative in English; additional language skills would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages while delivering attentive, personalized service that reflects Rosewood's standards of luxury hospitality.
• Maintain exceptional product knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non‑alcoholic beverage offerings.
• Ensure operational excellence behind the bar and create engaging guest experiences with passion for beverages, attention to detail, and natural hospitality.
• Prepare and serve beverages with consistency, precision, and adherence to brand standards.
• Engage guests with confidence, offering recommendations and creating memorable experiences through personalized service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked bar, ready for service at all times.
• Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and support cost‑control initiatives within the outlet.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and service recovery situations with professionalism and care.
