Job summary

Lock Stock Barrel in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Head Bartender to lead daily bar operations on-site. You’ll oversee beverage preparation, inventory, and guest service while ensuring compliance with local regulations and brand standards.

You will train and supervise bartenders, contribute to menu development, manage cash handling, and collaborate with kitchen and floor teams to deliver memorable experiences for guests in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills to engage guests and support team collaboration.
• Solid bartending expertise with beverage knowledge and responsible service practices.
• Accurate cash handling including POS operation and transaction records.
• Proven experience leading a bar team or supervisory role in a busy hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of beverage trends, menu development, and basic inventory control.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations in Abu Dhabi; willingness to learn and comply.
• Hospitality/bar training certifications are preferred; prior international or high-volume venue experience is an advantage.
