Job summary

The Cove Rotana Ras al Khaimah is seeking an experienced Head Baker to lead the bakery team and oversee daily production of bread, pastries, and desserts. You will create new recipes, manage supplier coordination, and ensure a clean, organized kitchen aligned with safety standards.

You will drive quality and efficiency, train staff, and collaborate with management to meet sales and profitability goals in a fast-paced hotel bakery environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Baker or similar in a commercial bakery.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients and equipment.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to develop new recipes and baked goods.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of bakers, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
