Qualifications

• 2+ years bakery experience in a high-end dining establishment or Michelin‑level setting.
• Knowledge of HACCP health and safety standards in kitchen environments.
• Ability to manage bakery operations, including inventory, portioning and cost control.
• Proven record of coordinating with dining, banquet and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to HACCP standards and ensure coworkers follow them.
• Keep bakery food costs in line with budget and optimize materials usage and energy costs.
• Monitor sales floor and back stock, addressing issues promptly.
• Prepare quotes for baking requirements and requisition appropriate supplies; maintain records.
• Coordinate activities across dining, banquet, and food manufacturing, supporting all staff.
