Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in artisanal bread-making, viennoiserie, and pastry production.
• Flexibility for early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production of all bakery items: breads, pastries, viennoiserie, cakes, desserts.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards for taste, texture, appearance, and freshness.
• Develop and maintain recipes, portion guidelines, and standardized production processes.
• Supervise preparation, baking, finishing, and presentation of all baked items.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure consistency and excellence.
