Job summary

AccorHotel in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Bakery Supervisor to oversee daily bakery operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality output across all products.

The role focuses on developing new recipes aligned with local tastes and international trends while maintaining strict hygiene, inventory control, and cost management to maximise profitability. You will mentor junior bakers, train staff, schedule production, and collaborate with other departments to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a baker with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
